Room Reservations for TeslaCon 3
Because of all the early attention and support we have received from the fans we are now offering early sign-up for rooms. Initially, I wanted to wait until January 1st but we’re pushing ahead as fast as we can to keep everyone happy.
From Wednesday , December 21st, through Monday, January 30th, your convention rate will be $84 per night. This rate is only good if you sign up and register no later than January 30th. This is a “Thank You” from us for your enthusiastic support! Also, if you plan to have a party this year, it would help knowing now. The entire second floor will be designated a "party" floor and rooms are limited so you should book those party rooms as soon as possible.
The hotel will confirm your reservation directly to you. We are debating on doing activities again on Thursday night for early arrivals. If you would like to see more on Thursday night, such as a "pre-launch party," let us know on the forums. We will do our best to make something happen.
We are already over 550 pre-registered members as of December 20th, 2011. That’s already 100 more than attended TeslaCon 1 in 2010!!
We will be launching the website roughly around January 15th. For those wanting the Grand Royale and Balmoral tickets, please don’t worry! I have room blocks set aside. There will be 50 Grand Royale and 8 Balmoral memberships available only.
